​At Sonajhuri Hat, we take great care in delivering your handicrafts, jewelry, and clothing from the artisan’s doorstep to yours. As a multi-vendor marketplace, our shipping process ensures that each item is handled with the respect it deserves.

​1. Shipping Locations
​Domestic: We ship to over 26,000+ pin codes across India through our logistics partners (e.g., Delhivery, BlueDart, Shiprocket).

​2. Shipping Charges
​Standard Shipping: Charges are calculated based on the weight of the product and the delivery distance.
​Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on domestic orders above ₹[Insert Amount, e.g., 2,999].
​Multi-Vendor Orders: If you order items from multiple vendors, shipping charges may be applied per vendor, as items will be dispatched from different locations.
​3. Order Processing & Dispatch
​Ready-to-Ship Items: These are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.
​Handmade/Made-to-Order Items: Since many of our handicrafts and jewelry pieces are made upon request, dispatch may take 5–10 business days. Please check the “Shipping Info” on the specific product page for details.
​Dispatch Notification: Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive an SMS and Email with a tracking link.
​4. Estimated Delivery Timelines
​Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is as follows:
​Metros & Tier 1 Cities: 3–5 business days.
​Rest of India: 5–7 business days.
​International: 10–15 business days (subject to customs clearance).
​Note: Deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances like extreme weather, strikes, or public holidays.
​5. Multi-Vendor Consignments
​If you purchase a handicraft from a vendor in Shantiniketan and a piece of jewelry from a vendor in Jaipur, they will arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive separate tracking IDs for each shipment.
​6. Packaging for Safety
​Since our products include fragile handicrafts and delicate jewelry:
​Items are packed in tamper-evident, multi-layered packaging.
​Jewelry is shipped in hard-shell boxes to prevent crushing.
​We recommend filming a short unboxing video upon receipt. This helps us process claims quickly if an item is damaged during transit.
​7. Undelivered Shipments
​Our courier partners will attempt delivery three times. If the package is not accepted or the address is incorrect, it will be returned to the vendor (RTO). In such cases, a reshipping fee may apply for a second delivery attempt.
